To achieve that mission, we partner with numerous providers whose solutions complement Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, adding deeper horizontal functionality or specialized vertical functionality. During the discovery process with a new client, as we assess and seek to address workflow requirements, we may identify an opportunity to recommend one of our partner solutions, and often bring the partner directly into the conversations. We believe our partnerships allow us to be better at what we do—and they provide the technology that allows our clients to be better at what they do. Our Yooz partnership is an example of this, as we’ll explain.
The vetting process
We vet our partners carefully, as we consider them extensions of our team. Our partners must share the same commitment to customer service excellence that Silverware maintains. They must honor the commitments they make, both to us and to our clients. And importantly, partners’ solutions must contribute to the long-term value we help each client build in their ERP.
An example of one such partnership is Yooz, Inc. Yooz is a cloud-based accounts payable automation application that integrates seamlessly with both Sage Intacct and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Yooz is one of the most powerful and easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) applications available and the company is staffed by like-minded professionals whose stated mission is to give customers their best every day. We are continually impressed with the way Yooz’s staff drive successful implementations and back them up with post-sale service and support that perfectly aligns with how we operate.
