Technical Support
Following implementation, the same consultants provide support services as needed. This is a significant advantage over a model where different teams provide implementation services and ongoing support. NAV’s flexibility and configuration options and/or customizations do not lend itself to traditional help desk models. It’s important that the support provider know your NAV environment. You email NAVSupport@silverw.com and the right person will contact you promptly, usually within 2 hours.
Customization
Silverware’s developers are experts at configuring, customizing and extending our source-code modifiable ERP and accounting solutions from Microsoft and Sage Intacct. If there is a compelling business reason to stray from out-of-the-box functionality, we’ll build it. We can make NAV do anything!
