Silverware seeks a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant for our Phoenix or Seattle office that is ambitious, intellectually curious and lives to make the complex simple.
About the Role:
Our consultants are a key member of ad hoc teams made up of colleagues, customers and third-party vendors who come together to successfully implement business process transformations based on the Dynamics 365 Platform with Business Central (NAV) at the core.
We need big thinkers who can help distill complex business issues into elegant, simple business processes with the tools provided. You will be part of the implementation team that will help our customers envision their future system and then be responsible to make it happen.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the successful installation and maintenance of our clients’ software systems, including off site and on-site work
- Maintain and develop your Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central knowledge
- Achieve relevant certifications as well as your general professional technical and consulting skills
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Plan implementation and deliver value-added work, to scope and budget
- Business and systems analysis and documentation
- Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
- Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation
- Application configuration and setup
- Provide system training to both internal and external clients
- Development and delivery of testing strategies
- Manage change control
- Design and execution of data migration strategies
- Customer process consultancy
- Go-live and post go-live support
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with the latest versions of NAV in a consulting role
- Efficient written and oral communication skills
- Analytical mind that sees the patterns and anomalies in the data
- Experience working with accounting & controlling, supply chain management (SCM), production and manufacturing departments

Sage Intacct: Implementation Consultant
Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant
Silverware needs an experienced Cloud Financials Consultant that shares our commitment to customer satisfaction. If you are a cloud accounting specialist, especially in the areas of reporting, revenue recognition, and accounting setup, we are looking for you.
Responsibilities:
To facilitate the successful installation and maintenance of our clients’ business systems, including off site and on site work. The position will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the project including process mapping, configuration, training, and post go-live support. This role will assess customer implementation needs, develop innovative approaches to solving problems and execution of project plans.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years or more of experience with accounting/financial systems, preferably cloud-based.
- You should have solid experience in project management, systems analysis, Business Process Design supporting of software implementation and optimization.
- Prior experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller is a definite plus.
- Excellent working knowledge of:
- Accounting – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Order Entry, Revenue Recognition, Contracts Management, Multi-Currency, Multi-Entity Reporting
- Sales Force Management – Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Commission Tracking, Marketing Campaigns
- Professional Services Automation – Time & Expense Tracking, Resource Management/Utilization, Project Accounting
- Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business processes.
- Experience with cloud applications such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Adaptive Planning, Accumatica, SAP Business ByDesign is a plus. Experience with “on-premises” systems is mandatory (Dynamics SL, Dynamics GP, MAS 90/200/500, SAP Business One, etc.).

Responsibilities:
To facilitate the successful implementation and maintenance of our clients’ business management systems, including offsite and onsite work. The position will be responsible for learning to perform and eventually managing the entire life cycle of accounting software implementation, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, end user training, and post go-live support. This role will help a senior consultant assess customer implementation needs, determine the best approaches to meeting customer requirements and execute project plans.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years or more of experience with accounting/financial systems, preferably cloud-based.
- You should have experience as a team member and a leader of projects
- Prior experience in an accounting role.
- Working knowledge of:
- Accounting – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
- Sales Management (CRM) – Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Commission Tracking, Marketing Campaigns
- Professional Services Automation – Time & Expense Tracking, Resource Management/Utilization, Project Accounting
- Experience with cloud accounting applications such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, or SAP Business ByDesign is a plus. Microsoft Dynamics GP or SL experience is also valued.
