Sara is a Bruce Springsteen-loving, number-crunching crafter from the Midwest that has resided in Phoenix for more than 30 years with her husband Bob and their two sons. Beyond all her talents and interests, Sara excels as our fearless leader.

Sara is the founder and president of Silverware Inc. In her role, Sara focuses the majority of her time consulting with clients and guiding her team of programmers, consultants and project managers as the solution architect behind every project. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and economics from Northwestern, Sara scored her first job with a small marketing consulting firm specializing in quantitative research. Sara continued her career in analysis but moved to a medical supply company. During that time she began working with computers and PCs, laying the foundation for what would eventually lead to the launch of Silverware in 1988. Sara hired her first employee in 1993. By 1996, her husband Bob officially joined the firm as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. The Silverware team now spans multiple cities and serves clients across the U.S., especially since the merge with Gilbert & Associates in spring 2015. Outside of work, Sara can often be found in her sewing room quilting, outdoors hiking or spending time with friends and family.

Bob wears many hats at Silverware. He officially assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations officer in 1996, after serving as an outside advisor to the company his wife Sara founded in 1988. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics at The George Washington University. Four years after his undergrad degree Bob completed his MBA at DePaul University’s Charles K. Gelstadt Graduate School of Business with an emphasis in finance. Bob’s background in banking, along with his strong management skills and calm temperament, make he and Sara quite the dynamic duo. While Sara is focused on leading the team in client solutions, Bob is focused on most everything else. Bob is a Phoenix native that dedicates his spare time volunteering in the community, hiking, cooking and enjoying time with family. He’s a proud dad to two sons, but will tell you he’s most proud of his wife and her achievements in business and her beautiful quilts.

Joe is a devoted techie with 30 plus years of experience and has been with Silverware since 1994. Joe manages the e-commerce for our Sage Pro product (Elevator) as well as NAV install and support. He is a self-starter and is most proud of the fact that a lot of his technical training was self-taught. Joe has been interested in computers for as long as he can remember. He started in the programming side while working in Silicon Valley at a division of Xerox as a production control planner. Joe has been living in Arizona since 1987 and resides in San Tan Valley with his wife. When Joe’s not tinkering with computers or learning about 3D printing, he can be found officiating weddings on the weekends.

Dan is Silverware’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC Practice Manager with 15 years of industry experience. Before joining the team, he worked heavily in the partner channel with end-users and partners, solution architects and IT leaders. He especially enjoys the collaborative process. Dan grew up in New Hampshire, but lives in Phoenix, where he enjoys the outdoor lifestyle away from the office. Dan’s interests include photography, trail running and backpacking. He is also a doting dad. Dan is particularly proud of his daughter’s drive to always do her best, while retaining an honest sense of humbleness, even when she excels.

Since Jennifer joined Silverware in 2012 as an implementation specialist, Jennifer took on the role of Practice Manager for Silver Leaf CBC powered by Dynamics Business Central. She has been leading the team that creates and implements Silverware’s cannabis vertical solution and supporting products. As a Seattle-area native, Jennifer works out of the Silverware office in West Seattle, WA. Jennifer is passionate about providing Silverware clients with the best experience possible during implementation and the continued use of their chosen ERP.

Prior to joining Silverware, Jennifer was the Controller at a bottled water manufacturer, Advanced Refreshment (formerly Advanced H2O, Inc. and since purchased by Niagara Bottling), for whom she worked for 10 years. Prior to joining Advanced H2O, Jennifer worked for two other companies accumulating 20 years of finance and accounting experience along the way before becoming part of the Silverware team.

Jennifer is an extremely proud mom of a son, a son-in-law, a (not legally) adopted daughter, and her fur babies. When not working, you might find Jennifer walking her dog along the nearby waterfront, attending touring Broadway shows with her son, traveling, or pursuing a new hobby. Keeping busy is never a problem for her!

Jesse is a self-described non-techie techie, which is ironic considering her position. Jesse started at Silverware as a programmer. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in computer science from DeVry Institute of Technology and worked as a teaching assistant at the institute for two years before joining Custom PC, which she left in 1995 to join Silverware.  Customer satisfaction is paramount to Jesse which is why she is now Silverware’s Resource Manager – or traffic cop.  Jesse’s dedication to details shows in the support she provides to the Silverware team and our clients. While she claims no hidden talents, she must be doing something right, as some of her best friends started as clients. Jesse heads up the Sioux City, Iowa office of Silverware, and is a proud mom of two boys.

Andrew is a Developer focused on delivering Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions based on the wants and needs of the Silverware customer. His expertise includes both code solutions and report design. He’s a graduate of the University of Houston, where he majored in Management of Information Systems (MIS). Andrew brings more than six years of industry experience to the Silverware team.

Andrew discovered his passion for coding beginning in middle school, when he started fooling around on Myspace, digging into the backend to code his own profile layout. He also credits his sister and her husband, who influenced his choice of a college major. They both also worked in the tech industry.

Andrew is a proud Texan that loves cheering on his favorite sports team, the Houston Rockets. He also owns an impressive collection of basketball cards, primarily featuring Houston Rockets’ players. Away from the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and best friend, Yuliana. He is incredibly proud of the life they have built together.

Jeremy grew up in Phoenix and attended the University of Arizona Honors College earning a Bachelor of Arts in economics and philosophy. During college Jeremy served as the executive director of Hack Arizona, the largest Hackathon in the Southwest, was a member of Internet Society, a global advocacy group for the betterment of the Internet worldwide and a founding member of the Public Interest Technology Working Group at U of A. Jeremy has a passion for software and for learning. As a Sales Development Representative for Silverware, their goal is to help fill the company pipeline of new customers and expand their knowledge of all things ERP. When Jeremy is not working, you may find them hiking, biking or making movies. Jeremy also dedicates time advocating for human rights and social justice.

Paul Burnett

Paul is a Business Central consultant that assists our clients with data implementation and troubleshooting solutions. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Black Hills State University, South Dakota. He spent seven plus years working on various ERP implementations before joining the Silverware team in 2014. Prior to moving to Tempe, AZ, Paul resided in Lake Havasu City, where he spent almost a decade working for Creative Tent International. Paul prides himself on his spatial reasoning skills and can build a house from the ground up, but his proudest moment is becoming a dad for the first time! He describes himself as a culture vulture who enjoys travelling, riding his motorcycle and playing hockey.

Prior to joining Silverware as a Business Central consultant, Michael spent six years as a Business Central user. Michael is a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Finance from University of Arizona.

He began his career as a staff accountant. During his 11 years with the company he was promoted to controller and most recently worked as a systems manager, which lead him to pursue his current role at Silverware. As a Silverware Consultant Michael is focused on implementations, providing client’s support through the process and helping them maximize and utilize Business Central’s capabilities to meet the companies’ specific needs.

He’s the proud son of immigrant parents. Outside of the office, Michael volunteers for Mi Familia Vota, an organization that helps legal residents obtain their US citizenship. He is an avid soccer fan and loves to travel. At home, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandy and their Aussie Shepherd, Zubi.

Lydia grew up in South Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. Eventually she traded the sunshine for scenic Seattle, where she now resides. Lydia began in NAV implementation shortly after graduating, when she had an opportunity to work on a NAV implementation project and gained tremendous experience. It was then she knew she’d found her niche. She now has 9 years of experience in the Business Central and Dynamics NAV platforms, with an experience focus in Warehousing and EDI.

Outside of the office Lydia is an avid cyclist, often spending her weekends out riding the local streets or the Pacific Northwest trails.

Matt Fackrell

In his role as a Consultant, Matt supports Silverware customers on the implementation and ongoing operations of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions. He helps ensure the process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible to achieve the desired outcome for the project and client.

Matt’s path to Consultant is an interesting one. He originally worked with the Silverware team as a customer. For more than a decade Matt built his career in inventory management and purchasing, which gives him unique perspective and makes him a valuable addition to the Silverware team. Prior to joining Silverware, Matt was director of purchasing at a large NAV user, where he served as the project lead on a NAV implementation project. He enjoyed the experience so much that he later pursued a consultancy position with the firm.

Matt earned his BA in International Studies from University of Utah and holds an International MBA in Global Supply Chain from the University of South Carolina. Away from the office, Matt is an ultra-marathon runner with a record of running 100 miles in a little over 30 hours! The Utah native now resides in Broomfield, Colorado and is a proud Dad to two sons.

Anders Gagerell

Anders is a 30-year veteran in the technology hardware and software industry, with almost 25 years working in ERP. Originally from Sweden, Anders first moved to the US in 1997, when he accepted a job in Orlando, Florida. After spending two years with the company, he returned Sweden where took a position as an IT consultant and developer. It was during that time his employer required that he become a certified Navision Developer. He been working with NAV/Business Central ever since. Anders prides himself for being an out-of-the-box thinker with a knack for developing inventive solutions to business challenges and opportunities. Outside of work he loves to travel and has visited more than 40 countries around the globe. He also loves the arts, theater and is a big fan of Formula 1 racing.

Chelsea Gibson

Prior to joining the Silverware team as a Business Central consultant, Chelsea worked as a project management and client engagement consultant for another Microsoft Dynamics partner. There she honed her skills in training, support and process mapping for clients with a specialization in manufacturing and warehousing.

Chelsea is goal orientated and she enjoys learning. On the job, her objective is to learn more about how to be successful in the Business Central environment, while providing helpful and insightful support to her colleagues and clients, alike. Chelsea is particularly interested in the intersection of business processes and technology. Her focus is on collaboration, streamlining processes and helping clients achieve ROI from adopting ERP software into their current business processes and technology.

Away from the office, Chelsea enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking and hiking with her dogs. Chelsea is a passionate advocate for community building, participating in food drives and local government voting initiatives. Her hidden talent is cooking; she especially loves researching new recipes, growing ingredients and herbs in her garden, and sharing with friends and family.

You could say that ERP implementation is in Matt Goodson’s blood.  His father has worked in the industry for more than 30 years, which piqued Matt’s initial interest as an end-user. After college, he began his career in accounting for a distribution company where they used ERP. Matt joins Silverware with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central as both an end-user and consultant and has a strong background working with both the cannabis and food industries. In his consultant role his focus is on Silverware’s cannabis solution, Silver Leaf CBC. As a key member of the cannabis ERP team, Matt works on system implementations, training new and existing clients on Silver Leaf CBC and providing ongoing customer support. Matt is a graduate of the University of Akron and holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance. Away from the office, the Ohio native enjoys playing golf, checking out a new local brewery or catching a good comedy show or sporting event with his wife.

Brian is a Phoenix native and a proud University of Arizona alum. During college, he worked part-time for a CPA helping the firm’s small business clients. After graduating UArizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Brian took a sales position, where he went through their rigorous training program and was tasked with signing on and assisting new customers. He’s now applying that knowledge and his focus on customer service to his position of Cloud Solution Consultant. In this role, Brian works with prospective clients to find the most appropriate cloud solution. He’s excited to help lead this initiative as companies move operations to the cloud.

Brian is an avid sports fan that loves the Arizona Cardinals and is diehard UArizona basketball fan. When he is not cheering on one of his favorite teams, you might find him enjoying his newest hobby, photography. Landscape shots are his favorite and the Arizona desert offers lots of opportunity to hone his skills. He also considers himself a pretty good cook that can grill a mean steak.

Pranav is a Business Central consultant and developer responsible for upgrades, installation and support, as well as Business Central development. Pranav first discovered his interest in computers during high school. He then got into programming in college while earning his bachelor’s in commerce and computer science. As a result, he was inspired to pursue a master’s in computer applications. Pranav grew up and attended school in India where he began working in the software industry. He enjoys travelling so much that he left India to join Silverware in 2011 and now resides in Chandler, AZ, with his wife. Pranav is most proud of his family, especially his mother’s fighting spirit. He has a philanthropic soul and is currently providing support to a student in India helping with her tuition fees at the university. In his spare time, Pranav enjoys reading books on history and politics.

Max was a kid who loved to code and decided to go to school to study computer programming. Overtime he became a Windows Administrator before being introduced to NAV, where he became a superuser on the customer side. At Silverware, Max supports our NAV clients and ISVs, his goal is to become an expert in all things NAV, even though he’s worked with NAV since 2011.

Max has experience in both brewing and consumer products distributing. He grew up, studied and took his first job in New Jersey; working with Kohler Distributing from 1999-2010. He moved to Arizona from California where he worked for 6 years as an IT Director. He loves to rock climb, paddle board and enjoy the great outdoors. He now resides in Mesa, Ariz. with his wife and daughter, whom he’s extremely proud of.

John Kowalke

John is an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience in ERP implementation. In 2018, he accepted a position as a Systems Analyst for a leading cannabis company. Drawing on his previous experience, John supports Silverware customers in the cannabis industry using its Silver Leaf CBC software. He specifically focuses on leveraging technology on the Microsoft Power Platform to help customers manage and integrate their data. John grew up in Wisconsin where he attended the University of Wisconsin and studied journalism, before realizing his talent and interest in translating the needs of financial organizations into technical solutions.
When he’s not working, you’ll find John cheering his favorite Phoenix sports teams the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns, visiting historical sites, gaming on his custom-built PC or taking care of his beloved cats. John also generously gives his time at a local cat rescue where he helps manage one of the facilities and assists with the foster and adoption program.

Anna is originally from Russia where she studied mathematics, economics and earned a minor degree in English for interpretation. She then went on to complete her education earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

She enjoys the challenge of working in software development and that it provides the opportunity to continuously learn new things. She also loves that in her current role she gets to play both the developer and financial consultant.

Working in Business Central, Anna develops and tests customizations, while defining requirements, makes upgrades and troubleshoots any issues, and supports our customers in the areas of data conversion and migration. Away from the office, Anna might be considered a day trader, as she likes to invest and learn the latest on what is driving stock prices up or down. She also invests in her collection of custom-made brooches.

Anna and her husband met in college in Vancouver and now live in Sunnyvale, CA. She is most proud of him and grateful for the kindness and support he gives her every day.

Theron is a Business Central consultant that assists our clients with the planning, implementing, enhancement and maintenance of their Business Central software. A member of the Silverware team since 2007, Theron strives to become an expert in all modules of Business Central and business processes.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in accounting at Arizona State University, Theron worked as an accountant / controller for several companies.  After working on the NAV implementation team for National Airlines he decided to pursue a career as a software consultant.

Theron grew up in southern Idaho but decided to make Arizona home after graduating from ASU. He now lives in San Tan Valley with his family. He loves the outdoors, kayaking, motorbikes and movies.  He’s most proud of his four children.

Michael is an implementation specialist that has spent more than 15 years in the tech world. An avid learner and alumnus of the college of life experience, he initially started his career in hardware but quickly found it tiresome. When working for his previous employer a position in database opened and Michael jumped at the chance to expand his skills. After completing training, he began implementing and fell in love with the process. Joining Silverware in 2008, Michael has been providing clients with tech support and customizing NAV to fit their specific needs ever since. Michael lives in Seattle with his wife, Brittany and their daughter, Nataly, named after his favorite indie artist, Nataly Dawn. If you haven’t heard her music, Michael highly recommends checking it out. He considers himself a bit of a culture vulture who loves music, travel, cooking and winemaking. On occasion, he can be found at the helm of a lighting console crewing for one of the local bands.

Luis Martinez

Luis is a Business Central Developer that began working in consultancy in 2014. In his role as a Developer, Luis makes modifications to  Business Central environments in order to help Silverware’s customers maximize the effectiveness of the ERP, while streamlining their business processes.

Luis grew up in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and came to the U.S. as an international student. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of North Texas and calls Dallas home. He’s most proud that while attending school as a full-time student and working three jobs he was able to graduate with honors.

Luis is a big sports fan that loves cheering teams on in football and soccer. He also enjoys playing soccer and volleyball and is a self-professed board game master.

Matt is a Sun Devil (Arizona State alumnus) and Arizona native. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance with a minor in economics. He is most proud of completing his Master’s in Business Administration from Argosy University two years ago. Matt joined the Silverware team in the spring of 2015. He is responsible for responding to support tickets and assigning them to the necessary resources. He also consults with our customers on Business Central implementation and development and provides ongoing support. Matt was originally an end-user that discovered an interest in Navision, which sparked a change in the course of his career. While working for a large pet supply company as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Project Manager, he was sent to an application development class. He was assigned to project manage and develop the company’s software implementation. The rest is history. Outside of work, Matt can mix a mean cocktail when he’s moonlighting as a bartender. To relax he enjoys playing softball and binge-watching Netflix.

Shilpa Nandakumar

Shilpa is a Business Central consultant with more than six years of industry experience. Her journey as a Business Central consultant was sparked by a self-driven interest. While working in sales she discovered NAV’s sophisticated capabilities when putting together inventory status reports for clients. This inspired her to expand her knowledge of the technology during her downtime, which ultimately lead her to a career from sales to consulting. Shilpa is well-versed in business and education, earning her Post Graduate Diploma in Management where she majored marketing, finance and information technology at Integrated Academy of Management & Technology, India.

Shilpa grew up in Chennai, India and now lives in Phoenix with her husband and their two sons. She’s a proud mom that loves hiking and nature. Tapping into her creative side, you will find Shilpa in the kitchen cooking her favorite dishes from home or painting Madhubani, an Indian folk art based in nature.

When Erin Neely discovered the world of accounting information systems, she found her calling. Working in this industry allows her to combine her passion for innovation and creativity with her logical nature.

As a Business Central Functional Consultant for Silverware Inc., with more than seven years of industry experience, Erin is focused on designing and maintaining custom Business Central ERP applications that help clients solve complex problems and operate more efficiently

Erin grew up the small Texas town of Lampasas and earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Houston. After graduating college, Erin began working for another Microsoft Partner as an Associate ERP Consultant. Over the next seven years she was promoted to more senior consulting positions before joining the Silverware team in 2020.
Erin resides in Texas with her beloved cat, Kisa, and near her family. Outside of work, Erin continues to enjoy writing short stories, loves reading, and playing story-focused games. She is also a big fan of the music group BTS.

Daniel grew up in Lenox, Massachusetts where he comes from a long line of software engineers. He began writing code in high school, then headed west to University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the College of Engineering. Daniel joined
Silverware as a Business Central Developer with four years of prior experience. He is an avid skier, mountain biker and hiker. Daniel has climbed nearly 20 of Colorado’s 14,000+ peaks so far. He now lives in Lakewood, Colorado with his wife and their beloved cat and dog. In addition to his passion for the outdoors, Daniel has green thumb – boasting a collection of almost 100 houseplants.

April Potts grew up in Georgia but lives in the Sunshine State of Florida where she earned her degree in computer science from Florida Metropolitan University. April was originally a Dynamics end-user before making the transition to consultant in 2015. In her role as a consultant, April provides support and training to our clients. When she’s not working, April takes her role as “soccer mom” very seriously and spends most evenings on the field watching her daughter practice. She lives in a cabin on the Ichetucknee River where she enjoys water sports, including kayaking and boating. As far as hidden talents go, April is a lover of art and has a flair for drawing and painting.

Sam Redus is a Houston native and an alum of University of Houston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and graduated with honors. After college Sam was hired as an Associate for a major software solutions firm. Within three years, he was promoted to Senior Associate. Prior to joining Silverware Inc., Sam spent three years as an implementer for another solutions provider. In his role as a CBC Functional Consultant, Sam will provide customer support and enable them to use their systems efficiently to help enhance business capabilities.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his fiancé doing something crafty or checking out the local coffee shop scene. Sam enjoys a wide array of hobbies that include reading, painting playing Dungeons & Dragons, and creating things on his 3D printer.

Andrew Schwartz

After studying physics at U.C. Berkeley and geology and mathematics at San Francisco State University, Andrew began his career in technology as a Fortran programmer. He spent the next 26 years working up the ladder to Managing Partner. He then made the transition to consulting. In 2014, he began working as a consultant to Silverware before becoming an employee in 2019.

In his role as a Cloud Services Consultant, Andrew is responsible for Office 365 and Azure services at Silverware; working on initial analysis, planning, implementation, buildout and maintenance. With nearly 40 years of industry experience, Andrew’s love for working on and building computers continues to grow and he enjoys keeping up with the rapid changes in technology.

Away from the office, Andrew enjoys golf and softball and he serves on his Synagogue’s Board of Trustees.  While he may spend his weekdays with his head in the “Cloud.” on Sundays you can find him doing the New York Times crossword puzzle in ink! He and his wife Linda and their dog, Kaylee the Whoodle, live in sunny Scottsdale and he’s most proud of their two grown sons.

Liz is the trusty office manager in our Seattle office, responsible for the day-to-day running of our Pacific Northwest branch, as well as providing sales support. Liz grew up in SoCal, but headed north for college where she studied English at Seattle Pacific University. Prior to joining Silverware Liz worked on project teams for accounting and inventory software upgrades/implementations as a subject matter expert and really enjoyed the process. Her husband is from Wisconsin, which explains Liz’s love for the Green Bay Packers and cheese curds. As far as hidden talents go Liz rowed on her college crew team and now aspires to dust off her oars and renew rowing as a hobby. Like many Seattle dwellers, she loves the great outdoors and is a season ticket holder and avid fan of the local soccer club, the Seattle Sounders.

She’s back by popular demand! Gail Wiley initially filled the position of Office Manager from 2000 – 2004, before taking a career break to raise her son. During that time, she also volunteered for a variety of non-profit organizations, worked part-time managing the stockroom at Pottery Barn and did a variety of projects for a boutique marketing firm. Prior to her initial stint at Silverware, Gail built a career in sales and marketing, which eventually moved her to Phoenix. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Gail attended the University of Nebraska where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Gail’s keen attention to detail and winning personality are just two valuable attributes that she brings to the job. Her professional experience provides a fresh perspective to the team. Beyond her professional knowledge, Gail is also a bit of a foodie. She loves trying new restaurants and testing new recipes at home. Outside of home, she likes spending time with her family in San Diego (especially in the summer) or vacationing like a local in one of her favorite spots – Paris.
