You need to keep track of all kinds of data from fabrics, to exchange rates, and you may have found different systems to do it all. But do they talk to each other?

Silverware is Different

The results of your supply chain management, ERP or accounting software investment are based on our understanding of your business, a well-designed, well-planned and executed implementation, and teamwork.  The Silverware staff complements your internal resources with extensive experience dealing with the business issues our clients face every day. We work closely with our clients on their projects and strive to leave them self-sufficient to manage, maintain and enhance their system after implementation. Of course, we’re always available for support and look forward to future projects based on joint successes.  Our business depends on long-term relationships and referrals.  Silverware invests heavily in building relationships.  “One and done” software sales don’t do us any good.  We expect to earn “customers for life.”

Software as a Service (SaaS)

The cloud computing future is here today and Silverware is helping customers drive competitive advantage, streamline operations and support growth with Sage Intacct’s financial management applications and Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the Cloud, including Microsoft Azure.

Implementation & Support

Our value comes from helping companies implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sage Intacct Cloud Accounting successfully. We help our clients maximize the benefits and achieve the desired returns on their investments.  We expect to be held accountable for the results we promise.  Simply put, Silverware’s simple but unique value is that we tell you what we’re going to do, and then we do it.  It’s been that way since 1988.

Training

Silverware provides classroom and onsite training for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sage Intacct users in the Phoenix and Seattle areas and throughout the United States.

Customization

Silverware’s developers are experts at configuring, customizing and extending our source-code modifiable ERP and accounting solutions from Microsoft and Sage Intacct.  If there is a business case to stray from out-of-the-box functionality, we’ll build it.

The Silverware consultants really understand our business. They have helped us redesign and improve several key business processes which significantly increased the value of the software we later implemented to automate them.

Our People Set Us Apart

Sara Silver

President and Solution Architect

Sara Silver

President and Solution Architect

Sara is a Bruce Springsteen loving, number-crunching crafter from the Midwest that has resided in Phoenix for more than 25 years with her husband Bob and their two sons. Beyond all her talents and interests, Sara excels as our fearless leader.

Sara is the founder and president of Silverware Inc. In her role, Sara focuses the majority of her time consulting with clients and guiding her team of programmers, consultants and project managers as the solution architect behind every project. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and economics from Northwestern, Sara scored her first job with a small marketing consulting firm specializing in quantitative research. Sara continued her career in analysis but moved to a medical supply company. During that time she began working with computers and PCs, laying the foundation for what would eventually lead to the launch of Silverware in 1988. Sara hired her first employee in 1993. By 1996, her husband Bob officially joined the firm as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. The Silverware team now spans multiple cities and serves clients across the U.S., especially since the merge with Gilbert & Associates in spring 2015. Outside of work, Sara can often be found in her sewing room quilting, outdoors hiking or spending time with friends and family.

Bob wears many hats at Silverware. He officially assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations officer in 1996, after serving as an outside advisor to the company his wife Sara founded in 1988. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics at The George Washington University. Four years after his undergrad degree Bob completed his MBA at DePaul University’s Charles K. While Sara is focused on leading the team in client solutions, Bob is focused on most everything else. Bob is a Phoenix native that dedicates his spare time volunteering in the community, hiking, cooking and enjoying time with family. He’s a proud Dad to two sons, but will tell you he’s most proud of his wife and her achievements in business and her beautiful quilts.

Jesse Counterman

Resource Manager

Jesse Counterman

Resource Manager

Jesse is a self-described non-techie techie, which is ironic considering her position. Jesse is a programmer with an impressive 22 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in computer science from DeVry Institute of Technology and worked as a teaching assistant at the institute for twoyears before joining Custom PC, which she left in 1995 to join Silverware. Customer satisfaction is paramount to Jesse and it shows in the support she provides to the company’s Pro and NAV clients. While she claims no hidden talents, she must be doing something right, as some of her best friends started as clients. Jesse resides with her family in Sioux City, Iowa and is a proud mom of two boys.
